Shipping
An Indirect Signature is required from the recipient at the delivery address on all orders valued at $250 or more. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery; Indirect Signature Required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.

Payment, Taxes, Duties
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express. 

All prices on the DSMNY E-FLASH are given in US Dollars ($). In the United States all E-FLASH sales that are shipped to an address within New York State are required to pay sales tax. The sales tax will be added at checkout.

All orders shipped to addresses outside the State of New York are exempt from local sales taxes.

Please note that DSMNY has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

Your Order
When you place an order with DSMNY E-FLASH a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.

In the effort to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time before your order is fully processed and unable to cancel. Please note, certain styles are excluded from cancellation. If a cancellation is required, please contact us as soon as possible or before 2PM EST and provide your order confirmation number.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
You have the legal right to return your order within 14 business days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 3-5 business days from the day the refund is made. If you want to return your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the 14 days.

DSMNY E-FLASH will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. DSMNY E-FLASH will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. To exchange a product please follow the returns procedure below and place a new order for the replacement.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected. We request that you do not remove tags and hygiene seals until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within 14 days. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging including, in the case of shoes, original boxes.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

For all returns, except where the item is defective and a replacement is not available, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

All returns are subject to the review and approval of the DSMNY staff.
